Editorial standards
How AssetPodcast.com handles definitions, primary sources, illustrative examples, scope, bylines, corrections, and the limits of general investing education.
Clarity before confidence
Our articles are designed to make investment concepts easier to examine, not to turn uncertainty into certainty. We separate a definition, an observed fact, an assumption, and an interpretation wherever those distinctions affect the explanation. A compelling story should leave room for a difficult question.
Primary sources and original examples
Each long-form article includes one editorial link to a relevant primary educational source. The source supports the terminology or distinctions identified around the link. The article’s worked examples and question-led exercises are editorial material, not statements that the source recommends a particular investment or analysis method.
Numerical examples are hypothetical unless explicitly identified otherwise. They are not current prices, verified historical returns, product offers, or forecasts. The visual cards are also conceptual; their dashboard-like figures must not be treated as financial data.
Scope and geography
Several definitions use U.S. investor-education sources. Product structures, legal rights, tax rules, and access conditions may differ by jurisdiction and change over time. Verify the current documents and obtain appropriately qualified advice when a decision depends on a specific legal, financial, or tax situation.
No invented authority
We do not present fabricated guest interviews, listener totals, testimonials, financial credentials, investment records, partnerships, or audio episodes. Articles carry the AssetPodcast.com Editorial byline. A link to another organization is a source reference, not a claim of affiliation.
Educational, not personalized
The website does not know a reader’s financial resources, objectives, obligations, or tolerance for loss. Its material is for learning and research, not individualized investment, legal, or tax advice. No example allocation, yield, scenario, or position size should be treated as a personal recommendation.
Corrections and questions
Send the page address, the passage in question, and a reliable supporting reference to [email protected]. Keep account numbers and confidential documents out of your message. A useful correction request identifies the specific issue rather than only disagreeing with a conclusion.
Commercial context
The delivered publication contains no paid product rankings, affiliate tracking parameters, or sponsored placements. Any future commercial content should be clearly identified where it appears rather than being presented as independent editorial analysis.
